What is It? Parent’s Night Out is an opportunity for parents to leave their enrolled children at the school from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. During this time we provide care for your child, which includes dinner, and the teachers try to make it a fun event for the children. You account must be in good standing in order to participate in the event.
Who Watches the Children? Our staff watch the children. We usually have three groups: preschool, toddler, and infants. We maintain the ratios during this time and do not combine groups. We also have a staff member who watches the front.
What are the costs? There is a $10.00 non-refundable reservation fee per child to hold your spot for that night. This fee covers the cost of dinner, movies, and staffing. However, our staff work extra hard and do give up a Friday night and we ask our parents to put in additional money (tips) at the tip jar at the front desk when they pick up their child. That money is then divided evenly amongst the staff who volunteered their time that night.
How Do I Sign-Up? You must sign-up your child and pay the $10.00 non-refundable reservation fee per child by noon on Friday of the event. If you do not sign-up and your child is at the center after 6:30 p.m. the school’s late pick-up fees and policies will be enforced.
