Local Company Saves 60 Jobs

Tucson, Ariz.: Small Miracles, LLC has successfully completed the transition of five child care centers and has saved over 60 jobs and created seven new jobs in the process.
In the late 1990?s Larry Cochran sold eight of his child care centers to a national child care provider who over the course of the last ten years merged into the largest child care provider in the world. As part of that sale, a unique provision was put into the leases, by Mr. Cochran in that if the national child care provider were to not renew their leases with Mr. Cochran, they would have to turn over an operating business at no cost to Mr. Cochran ? a seamless transition.
